Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and post-judgment proceedings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
  • Manage case calendars, deadlines, and docketing requirements
  • Assist with discovery, including document collection, review, production, and privilege logs
  • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness files, and deposition summaries
  • Coordinate filings with state and federal courts (including e-filing)
  • Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors
  • Maintain case files and ensure compliance with litigation procedures and court rules

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and rules of court
  • Experience with discovery management and document review platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and meet strict deadlines
  • Paralegal certificate or associate's degree preferred
